Diddy Fires Back At 50 Cent
June 29, 2010 11:11:00 AM CDT | Courtesy of Hiphhopdx.com
During a post-show for the 2010 BET Awards Hip Hop entrepreneur and artist Diddy made a comment that was clearly a subliminal message aimed at rapper 50 Cent.
"Check this out," said Diddy during the BET Awards post-show. "I love my people. Let's stop the hate, man. Congratulate. Hate is for suckers. If you hating you a sucker and you're ashy and your breath stink. And you know who I'm talking to, you hating ass crab."
While Diddy didn’t name names in his bold comment many have assumed that he was referring to 50 Cent.
MTV News reports that in a recent interview with a Boston radio station Fifty had a few choice words for Diddy. Referring to the Bad Boy mogul as a “serpent” and a “bloodsucker” on top of stating that Diddy’s “music sucks.”
The hate from 50 Cent started shortly after Diddy became Rick Ross’ manager. Early last year 50 Cent and Ross were in the middle of what seemed like an endless feud.
50 Cent has yet to respond to Diddy’s possible comments towards him.

HIP HOP FACE OFF
Rapper and Mogul Face Off In Court

Kanye West and Marion "Suge" Knight appeared in New York court to settle a lawsuit over a shooting at a 2005 party in Miami. According to the New York Post, West refused to speak during a six-hour, closed door session between Knight's lawyer Marc Brumer and West's lawyers. Knight claims that West is responsible for a shooting that took place during a VMAs pre-party he was hosting at the Shore Club in Miami inside the Red Room in August of 2005. Knight's femur was shattered by a gunshot wound in the leg and required multiple operations. The gunman is unknown. Knight also claims that West is responsible for a $135,000 15 karat diamond earring that was lost during the fracas.
Knight told the Associated Press that he was "disappointed" with the outcome of the negotiations. "I figured I could sit him down, man to man, and get this resolved," Suge said. "He basically put his hands over his head and didn't say anything for six hours," Knight's lawyer, Marc Brumer, told Page Six. "He evidently doesn't know anything about anything, despite the fact that he hosted the party." According to Knight and Brumer, Kanye West and The Shore Club are responsible because the shooter breached security with a firearm and squeezed off six shots, one of which hit Knight.
Knight, who has filed for bankruptcy and is indebted to the IRS, is seeking over a million dollars.

"I'm innocent. I'm completely innocent."
Rapper Lil Boosie steadfastly denied allegations that he was involved in a murder-for-hire plot that left a 35-year-old man dead as he was taken to East Baton Rouge jail. Police claim Lil Boosie paid money to have Terry Boyd killed and they are investigating at least five other murders, including the February 2009 murder of Chris "Nussie" Jackson.
To add to the rapper's ongoing list of legal troubles, he has also charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics and a number of other crimes. Police allege that the rapper smuggled marijuana pills codeine and ecstasy while being held at Dixon Hills Correctional Facility for a probation violation. Also charged in the drug crimes were Joshua Wilson, 27, a former correctional officer at the prison.
25-year-old Walnita Decuir, Lil Boosie’s girlfriend, Walnita Decuir, has been arrested and is also charged.
Decuir and Wilson and the other inmate were all also charged with intent to distribute narcotics such as codeine, ecstasy and marijuana, three counts of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.
If convicted of the crime, Lil Boosie could face life in prison.
